A LabPass is issued with every paid booking. Once our team confirms your payment, collect the code on the LabPass page using your booking reference, then show it at any partner collection counter. The discount comes straight off your cash bill, with no minimum spend, and the pass stays valid for 30 days.
It depends on the test. Every test on our tests page shows its fasting requirement — panels like lipid profile or fasting blood sugar usually need 8–12 hours. We'll also confirm it when your slot is booked.
Most routine reports are delivered digitally the same day or within 24 hours. Specialised panels can take 24–48 hours. The expected turnaround for each test is listed on the tests page, and we confirm it when the sample is collected.
Submit the booking form and you'll be shown our UPI ID along with your booking reference. Pay from any UPI app, and our team confirms it — usually within working hours. Confirming the payment is what releases your slot and issues your LabPass.
